If you require an item urgently which is in stock, we can send a dedicated vehicle with a driver from £30 around the Midlands to £100 for further locations. Call us for a same day quote.
Sometimes, we may be in your area and can deliver within a day. what do I need to know about delivery? Deliveries are carried out by our own drivers. Sometimes we may use reputable couriers particularly to remote areas. Deliveries are often carried out by single drivers, but with heavy goods we try to send two.
Deliveries are to the ground floor only unless you contact us beforehand informing us delivery is to upper floors.
It is vital that special order items (every item code beginning with "CPW" and most sofas) are checked to confirm they will fit into your home. If these items do not fit, we cannot accept returns on special order items.

International orders are always delivered to the ground floor or curbside palletised delivery. I am weary of using an online company?

In mid 2010 we decided to turn our telephone call centre into an e-contact centre. The service became inundated with sales and service queries becoming not only difficult to manage and non-cost effective, but also resulted in long waiting times on the telephone for our customers. This was not the service we wished to offer our customers who grew frustrated as the number of calls grew every month. We had a choice of whether to increase product prices to offer telephone support requiring a larger call centre and more staff, or eliminate a telephone number to enable less staff to answer each query within 24 hours via email. Very rarely, our system can fail to connect to your bank in which case, you should retry after a few minutes. This only happens at very busy periods.

You are billed almost immediately when you pay online. We do not store and cannot view any of your payment details as all transactions are handled securely by payment provider www.sagepay.com how do I know you take security and privacy seriously?

We keep many popular lines in stock for quick dispatch, and if your item is not in stock, we have deliveries arrive from suppliers and manufacturers every single day. Sometimes stock information and arrival dates can change due to importation delays or huge demand. In such cases, we call you first and give you the option of cancelling your order or letting us offer you some alternatives. More often than not, your delivery arrives within about 10 days without any delays.
