We aim to deliver your order within 14 days and most orders are completed within this period.

Sometimes, it may take longer to deliver your order and can regularly take up to 21 days.

Scotland and Wales deliveries can take the most time at approx 21 days from ordering.

You are kept informed via our unique and automated Order Status Update Emails every step of the way.

Some quick delivery items are dispatched for next day delivery. Call us for urgent delivery quotes.

Delivery is free to most of England if your order is above £250.
Some Devon and Cornwall postcodes will always incur a small charge.

If your order is below £250, delivery is £15.

Delivery to Scotland is £25 and Wales is £15 for any sized order.

If you qualify for a delivery charge, only one single charge is applied to any order, and not per item.

Delivery is to ground floor only throughout the UK, or the closest point from the road unless you specifically inform us at checkout that you require assistance taking the item into your home. Worldwide deliveries are delivered to the roadside at the closest point to your home. Deliveries are single or dual-manned. Two man deliveries may take up to 4 weeks to deliver, therefore you may be offered a choice to have your item delivered early if you can help our driver unload your goods. This will be done at least 24 hours before delivery via telephone. Should you agree to offer assistance to the driver, we cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring in/on your premises from the presence of our driver. Please check any items for damages whilst goods are on our vehicle before proceeding into your home at your own risk. We can only accept returns for damages before any attempt is made to lift items into your home. Drivers can only help to unload to your front door if single-manned. Any further assistance should be undertaken at your own risk. If in doubt, please refuse the option to help the driver, and await a two man team to deliver into your home and place the item wherever you wish on any floor.
