Special Order Items: Please read carefully before ordering What is a special order item? An item which has been specifically ordered for the customer and is not a stocked item. Can I return a specially order item? No, these items cannot be returned or will be subject to at least a 50% return fee so please check if they meet your expectations beforehand. You are welcome to contact us for more information before you order. Which ranges are specially ordered? 1. All CPW products are custom-manufactured per order so cannot be returned 2. All TFW products are specially ordered and cannot be returned. 3. New X Dining Tables, Coffee Tables and Console Tables are specially ordered and cannot be returned. 4. Olympus Sofa Suites are specially ordered and cannot be returned. 5. All chairs which have been stained to customer orders (ie. wenge) cannot be returned. 6. Glacier Dining Tables are specially ordered and cannot be returned. 7. The hand made Potenza chair cannot be returned. Are there any circumstances where I can return a specially ordered item? Yes, you must check the item upon delivery and refuse the goods at point of delivery if the goods are damaged or found to be faulty. The courier will wait for all goods to be checked. Can I return any other goods? Yes, all other goods not mentioned above are within our standard returns policy and can be returned within 7 days. Can I cancel a special order item before dispatch? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if you change your mind. After this period, you cannot cancel the order. Please be advised special order items may take up to 4 weeks to deliver as standard, if any longer we will let you know. How long will delivery take on a special order item? It may take longer than 4 weeks but we will keep you informed of this. The maximum delivery time will be 6 weeks. How do I know what is a special order item? Your item code will begin with one of the following prefixes: TFW, CPW or FB
