What is a special order item?

A special order item is one which has been custom made upon your instruction and is excluded from our normal refund and return policy.

Can I return a special order item?

A special order item cannot be returned unless faulty or not fit for purpose.

Which ranges are special orders?

1. All TFW products are made to order begining with the SKU: TFW

2. All CPW products are made to order beginning with the SKU: CPW

3. All chairs which have been stained to customer requirements are special order items.

4. The Potenza chair is upholstered in custom materials therefore custom made.

5. All 1 Call Furniture Ranges are custom made beginning with the SKU: 1NS

6. The Moti and Moto dining tables PR2401954 and PR2401955 are special order items.

7. The marble range of furniture PR2402444, PR2402456 and PR2402460 are all special order items.

How long will a special order item take?

A special order item usually takes a maximum of 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver. However it may take longer, and we do try to keep you informed of the delivery timescale throughout this period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
