Every single new product we introduce, whether a candle or sofa suite, is thoroughly researched and described using our 25 years of retail experience, ensuring products are described relevantly yet as eloquently as required. Where brands are involved, we ensure descriptions remain complimentary to the company image.

We all agree that the furniture market is more competitive than ever, and suppliers wish to protect their brands and existing customers. We like to work between suppliers and end consumers providing information, brochures, swatches and site visits where relevant between the parties. We ensure we only use images and logos respectfully with permission, as often set out in supplier trade terms.

As a customer, we have years of excellent trade history and references from the largest suppliers in the industry. What we ask for is of course every item to comply fully to British Standards with all paperwork. High quality images and technical drawings/descriptions are appreciated. We most often collect using our own vehicles instead of requiring delivery which often eases stress on the delivery chain.
