If you have any problems with your order, please register it with our customer services team in writing by using our support ticket system. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

You should register a support ticket immediately if you have encountered any of the following:

  • Damages to your order (within 7 days)

  • Goods developing faults

  • Shortage of goods on your order

  • If you require a refund

  • If you wish to cancel your order

  • If your delivery has not arrived once booked

  • Before you return any goods (you must obtain a returns form)

  • To make a formal complaint

  • Any other customer service query

Do not use the support ticket system for non customer service queries such as:

  • Sales queries

  • General delivery queries
