Cancelling your
order...
You may cancel your order at any
time prior to dispatch for a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched we will deduct our delivery
costs.
If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, you can cancel your order in writing within
7 days of receiving your order, for a full refund. The customer is responsible for returning the
goods to us in the same condition as they were delivered and at
your own cost.
Damaged or faulty
items...
There are two categories of
damaged or faulty goods which affect liability so please read
carefully:
1. Damaged goods
(Cracks,
breakages, scratches, surface blemishes, dents etc):
If you find damage to any part of
your order, you must not assemble the item. Therefore please
inspect the item carefully and thoroughly prior to assembling.
If you notice any damage after you have assembled the goods, we
will not accept any liability that the damage was caused by us
or during transit, and will assume the damage has been caused
during assembly.
2. Faulty goods
(Faulty
mechanisms, misaligning fittings, unfit for designed usage etc):
Faulty goods means that the goods
have a manufacturing fault which has developed either before
assembly or during the use of the item. Faulty items should be
reported to us within a reasonable period of time.
Non-returnable
goods...
Some special order items are
non-returnable unless unfit for purpose. For a list of
