• 2.1 We accept payment by credit or debit cards via telephone or online. We can only accept cash at our showroom. Some business credit cards will incur a 2.5% charge.

• 2.2 We cannot accept cash for any single transaction greater than £9000 in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.

        delivery:

• 3.1 Delivery is within 14 days on most items. View delivery information

• 3.2 Delivery may take up to 21 days or longer on special order items but you will be informed of this.

• 3.3 Delivery charges are calculated upon checkout using your county.

• 3.4 We can only deliver to UK Mainland destinations.

• 3.5 Scotland, Wales and Southern England deliveries will be delivered to ground floor only via palletised courier.

• 3.6 A signature of an adult over 18 is required upon delivery.

• 3.7 We only deliver internet orders to the address of the bill payer.

        damages:

• 4.1 We must be notified in writing within 7 days if your item is damaged. The item should be unassembled if visibly damaged. We will only accept assembled goods if later found to be faulty (ie manufacturing faults).

• 4.2 You can write to us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as email support is offered all year round.

• 4.3 If you fail to inform us in writing within 7 days, we cannot accept any returns so make sure you check your furniture even if you do not intend to use it yet.

• 4.5 Replacement parts will be dispatched at the earliest possible date.

• 4.6 Photographic evidence may be requested via mobile phone.

• 4.7 Delivery charges are only refundable if items are damaged or faulty

        cancellations & returns:

• 5.1 You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) without giving a reason.

• 5.2 You may return the item to us within 7 days for a full refund or arrange for us to collect (via courier at £35 per 30KG).

• 5.3 Special order items such as custom CPW wardrobes and sofas cannot be returned so make sure they fit into your home:

• 5.4 The item must not have been assembled.

• 5.5 Mattresses must not have been opened (for hygiene reasons).

• 5.6 The item must be repackaged in a reasonably resalable condition.

• 5.7 A £35 charge may be levied for aborted collections if the items are not within these requirements.

• 5.8 You will be refunded within 7 days after inspection of the goods.

• 5.9 You may cancel your order for a full refund if your order has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched and regardless of if you received free delivery, the charge of £35 per 30KG will be deducted. You can find out if your item has been dispatched yet in your account panel. Alternatively, you may wish to receive the delivery which is en route to you, and return it to us at your own cost.

• 5.9b We charge £35 per 30KG to collect any cancelled goods which must follow the guidelines above.

        complaints and comments:

• 6.1 Complaints and comments can be made to our postal address or email address. We will acknowledge every complaint within 5 days and offer any suitable remedies.

        specifications:

• 7.1 Although utmost care has been taken to ensure all dimensions and specifications are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to inaccurate sizes or specifications.

• 7.2 All images are for illustration purposes only, and there will be a variation in colours due to the limitation of print. Please note all of our glass products will have a hint of green as this is the glass colour. We reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative of the same or better quality without notification from different manufacturers. This is because there is often more than one manufacturer who supplies the same product. The product will never be of an inferior quality.

• 7.3 Names and product descriptions of items on our website may not be the same as items from other websites.

• 7.4 Any other changes in specifications such as a branded product will be notified of before delivery.

• 7.5 Prices are subject to change without notice.

• 7.6 Although we try our best to ensure descriptions and prices are accurate, in the event of a misprint or incorrect price, we reserve the right to issue a full refund and withhold from delivering the order if it results in the company losing money.
